I found a bug in a tool. What should I include?

The tool name, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and (if possible) the type of file you were processing — that's usually enough for us to reproduce it.

Can you recover a file I already deleted or that expired?

No. Uploaded files and results are removed automatically and irreversibly once their retention window passes — we don't keep backups. Please re-upload and process the file again.
