DMCA Policy

My PDF respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on this site that you believe infringes your copyright, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

What This Policy Covers

My PDF's tools process files temporarily on a visitor's own request; uploaded files are never published, indexed, or made accessible to anyone besides the person who uploaded them, and are deleted automatically shortly afterward. This policy applies to content we do publish ourselves — blog articles, guides and any other material appearing directly on mypdf.tech.

Filing a Copyright Claim

If you believe content published on My PDF infringes a copyright you own, send a written notice to contact@mypdf.tech that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL (or URLs) on mypdf.tech where the allegedly infringing material appears.
• Your contact information — name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Removal Requests

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will review the claim promptly and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the identified material. We will make a reasonable effort to notify the party responsible for the content that it has been removed and why.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material you posted or that identifies you was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@mypdf.tech that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, an appropriate judicial district).

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material after a reasonable waiting period, unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action seeking a restraining order.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to restrict or remove access for any party found to be a repeat infringer of others' copyrights.
